Audit Officer

We are looking for high-energy, self-starters Audit Officers to join our dynamic accouting team!

We are seeking an internal auditor who can take auditing from merely a continuous improvement process to a vital tool for the organization's growth.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Monitoring the operational effectiveness of the business platforms and making recommendations for their improvement.
• Conducting audits for management to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of records, reliability of financial management reporting, compliance with applicable laws / regulations, safeguard of company assets, and efficiency of operations and systems.
• Reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of our internal systems of control and assisting in the application of accounting practices and procedures as well as the financial and operational policies throughout the company.
• The assessment of risks to strengthen internal control of the assigned company with the ultimate objective of efficiently and effectively using company resources through recommendations in the audit report.
• Reviewing and improving all departmental work processes, to ensure that procedures are updated and communicated to the relevant staff, and procedures are adhered to accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting
• Preferably a CPA but not required.
• With at least 1 year experience in the same field.
• Must be very mathematical.
• Computer Savvy - must be proficient in using the Internet and Microsoft Office Application.
• Must be mature, professional and competent enough to handle dispute with co-employees.
• Must have good communication skills both oral and written
• Must have good moral character & good interpersonal skills
• Must be creative, adaptable, resourceful, accommodating, analytical and evaluative.
• Must be trustworthy, must have concern for his/her job and impartial to the process and the auditee. We need auditors who are objective and who does not carry grudges. We are a small organization so it's imperative that you have no personal venture in the audit. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. 2 vacant positions available.
