1. Do you see your domain as catering to a local audience, global audience or both? How does the choice of a particular Top Level domain affect who sees your site?
Answer: of course a global audience! that's what the internet is for. i think it's not really very important what TLD you get, as long as it's appropriate for the company's focus. for example, if the center of my operations and market is in the philippines, i'd rather get a .PH domain. but that doesn't mean i can't serve other countries or markets.

2. Would you be interested in a namespace in the PH domain reserved for individuals? Why?
Answer: i'm not very aware as to how you will implement this. isn't the .com.ph or .ph domain enough for this? of course if such a domain type will be cheaper than the normal .com.ph or .ph domains then we'll really be interested in it :)

3. How do you feel about features that would let your clients pay for services you offer on your website by using their mobile phones? Do you think applications like these will help promote e-commerce/m-commerce or won't really have much of an effect?
Answer: it really depends on the application. for example, i think paying bills this way will be a good idea. but shopping over the mobile phone is a terrible thought. :)

4. PH domain names must have a minimum of three characters (eg, xyz.ph). What do you think about making one or two character domain names available for registration? What about domain names made up just numbers?
Answer: anything will do...my opinion on this is that the domain name should represent what the entity is for. if it will be easier for people to remember/associate the entity with an all-number domain name then so be it. i for one wouldn't know what "a.com.ph" would be all about, for example.

5. Do you think the PH Dispute Resolution Policy can be improved upon? How?
Answer: i don't know. i don't know what progress is being made in this area.

6. What is your country of residence/where you do business?
Answer: PH
