no, i dont see any use for it

3. How do you feel about features that would let your clients pay for services you offer on your website by using their mobile phones? Do you think applications like these will help promote e-commerce/m-commerce or won't really have much of an effect?
services like these are great add ons to the traditional services... these kind of services already exist and a big number of mobie users already use these

4. PH domain names must have a minimum of three characters (eg, xyz.ph). What do you think about making one or two character domain names available for registration? What about domain names made up just numbers?
great! very usefull esp for copanies having names composed of just numbers

5. Do you think the PH Dispute Resolution Policy can be improved upon? How?
