1. Do you see your domain as catering to a local audience, global audience or both? How does the choice of a particular Top Level domain affect who sees your site?

Answer: Definitely local audience. If they see ".com", they'd think "global". If they see ".ph", they'd think "what's that?" or, if they're tech-savvy Filipinos, "Philippines".

2. Would you be interested in a namespace in the PH domain reserved for individuals? Why?
Answer: I wouldn't know. How would that work?

3. How do you feel about features that would let your clients pay for services you offer on your website by using their mobile phones? Do you think applications like these will help promote e-commerce/m-commerce or won't really have much of an effect?
Answer: That'd be awesome! It'd definitely help promote m-commerce. Of course, you'd have to make it attractive to us website owners as well - you know, DoCoMo style (i.e. you [dotPH] get rich by making us [website owners] rich first).

4. PH domain names must have a minimum of three characters (eg, xyz.ph). What do you think about making one or two character domain names available for registration? What about domain names made up just numbers?
Answer: I don't even understand why two-character/pure-number second-level domain names are not allowed. The global top-level domains allow it.

5. Do you think the PH Dispute Resolution Policy can be improved upon? How?
Answer: I think it's fine for now.

6. What is your country of residence/where you do business?
Answer: PH
