How much of a domain owner's information (including details like e-mail addresses and phone numbers) should DotPH make publicly available? If government authorities request details that are kept private, should DotPH provide it immediately or require a court order?
I think that additional details should NOT be made available to the public to protect the admin/owner of the domain from those with suspicious interests. I believe the postal address is sufficient to establish contact with the admin/owner.
