How much of a domain owner's information (including details like e-mail addresses and phone numbers) should DotPH make publicly available? If government authorities request details that are kept private, should DotPH provide it immediately or require a court order?
registering a domain is a public matter. all records must be public and made available, for the purpose of identifying the owner. to prevent spamming, getting the email could be done through a form.
