How much of a domain owner's information (including details like e-mail addresses and phone numbers) should DotPH make publicly available? If government authorities request details that are kept private, should DotPH provide it immediately or require a court order?
I hope you could include the domain owners email, this would facilitate in contacting the person in the fastest possible manner, with regards to spammers, well hide the email like blah@NO.SPAM.blah.com but the mailto: remains intact, apnic and others show the email contact of the ip owner/maintainer so that the concerned party will be able to contact the owner/maintainer asap.

With regards to request by authorities, they should have a court order first, just like with isp's records, we can't just give it away if ever that isp has a client who hosts illegal sites for example, we must all protect the privacy of our clients. If the authorities have probable cause, they can get that court order easily, they just have to follow the procedure.

And one more thing, can you guys make the interface of the query output in the whois a bit clearer and bigger? the color is not so so readable. Thanks.
