How much of a domain owner's information (including details like e-mail addresses and phone numbers) should DotPH make publicly available? If government authorities request details that are kept private, should DotPH provide it immediately or require a court order?
who is information should be publicly available. contact information like email address for abuse related issues, company/owner name, street address and phone number are important. the system administrator or the domain owner can be contacted on time with such information available in times of network abuse situations.

DotPH should provide such information to authorities and other parties like the ISP without the need of a court order, this will help solve problems on time.
