How do you feel about having a new second level .ph domain that will be exclusively for use by individuals?
It depends on the price. If it will be signficantly lower than the current price, I feel that a large number of digital artists will opt for a .ph domain. Based on past posts on a number of mailing lists, a number of people are interested in having .ph domains for personal sites.
