Senior Webdesigners

We are looking for experienced web designers to create websites that Steve Jobs hates because they run on Flash! Remind people that Flash is more than just crappy animation and clunky interface. Be a web designer at DotPH!

Requirements:

Strong knowledge in HTML and CSS
Experience and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of Flash (both animation and action script)
Familiarity with Drupal
A portfolio of work, including but not limited to: websites you've worked on, photos you've taken, art you've done in any medium, and other samples that will give us an idea of who you are as an artist

Qualifications:

Resourceful, driven and can deliver results
Has strong desire to learn cutting-edge web technologies, from scripting to site designs to movies and animation
Unique aesthetic sense and drive to create
Can work within a team environment that emphasizes an exchange of ideas between the creative, technical and marketing teams
Patient and personable, with an ability to dish out and take constructive criticism well
