1. Do I need to earn a minimum amount of commissions before you will issue a check?
Yes. You must earn a minimum of US$30.00 in commissions (just 3 successful referrals) before a check can be made out. Commissions for cash and check payments will be released once you have earned at least US$30 in commissions. Commissions for domains paid for via credit card will be released after three (3) months.

2. How do I see how many domains I've successfully referred, and how much commissions are due me?
Just log-in to www.dot.ph (at the left side of the page). After logging in, click on the 'Referrals' tab. You can see your successful referrals and commission checks by clicking on the appropriate links on the right side of the page.

3. How do I get my commissions?

There are two ways to get your commissions.

   Please bring a valid picture ID (Driver's License, SSS ID, Passport, Postal ID, Company ID).

OR

2. We can deposit the check into your bank account. The account must be in your name, and any bank fees will be deducted from the amount of the check.

4. Is there a way to verify online the date when my commission check was mailed?
Yes. When you log on to the Affiliate portion of our site, any checks that have already been mailed will be posted online.

5. Who do I contact if I want to follow up on my commissions?
You may e-mail us or call the Enduser Sales Team at +632 6384488 from 8:30am-6:00pm (GMT+8), Monday to Friday.

6. Can I get paid in my local currency?
Payments are made in US Dollars. Upon request, we can also make payment in Philippine Pesos (at the prevailing exchange rate posted on our website www.dot.ph). We cannot make payments in currencies other than US Dollars or Philippine Pesos.

7. If I receive my commission in Philippine Pesos, what exchange rate do you use?
The US$ = PhP exchange rate as posted on the dotPH website will be used.

8. What protection do I have from someone hacking into my account and changing the address that my check will be mailed to?
Your Affiliate Account is protected by a password and a challenge question. Only you can change the challenge question and any requests for the password will be emailed to your address on record. You do need to make sure that your email account is secure so that nobody else can access that information.

9. Can I use my commissions to buy domains from dotPH?
Yes. Provided you have earned enough to cover the cost of a domain in full. We cannot accept unreleased commissions as partial payments for domain purchases.

To use unreleased commissions to pay for the purchase of a PH domain, simply:

1. Register a domain by going to our website www.dot.ph and filling out the required fields.
2. When selecting the payment option, click on the "Pay by Cash or Check" button.
3. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your application and containing a Transaction number.
4. Send an e-mail to billing@dot.ph informing us of your intention to use your unreleased commission as payment for your purchase. Include the transaction number of your domain application.
5. Your unreleased commission will be applied as payment and your Affiliate account updated within 24 hours.
