Primary User
The primary user is the owner of the domain, or the person who registered the name on behalf of his organization. The primary user may designate a secondary user that will assist in administering the domain.

The primary user can make any changes or modifications with regards to the domain, including:

  • Transferring ownership of the domain by either changing the primary user or the organization name.
  • Designating a new secondary user.

Secondary User
The secondary user is usually a person appointed by the primary user to administer the domain. The secondary user can make any modification to the domain information except:

  • Transferring ownership of the domain by either changing the primary user or the organization name.
  • Designating a new secondary user.

Organization Name
The organization name refers to the company or entity with which the primary user is associated. In cases where the domain is owned by an individual (not registered on behalf of a company or organization), the organization name is the same as the primary user.

Mail Forwarding
Mail forwarding allows e-mail sent to your-name@your-domain.ph to be routed to your e-mail account, wherever it may be. Mail forwarding has several advantages:

  • A personalized e-mail address (your-name@your-domain.ph) is easier to remember and sounds more professional.
  • Lets you keep your existing e-mail address even if you change ISPs or e-mail providers. Just forward the e-mail to your new account.
  • Have up to fifteen addresses forwarded to the same or different e-mail accounts (ex. sales@your-company.ph, billing@your-company.ph, etc can all be forwarded to an existing e-mail address).

Web Forwarding
Web forwarding lets you have a simple and easy-to-remember Web address. It's great for those websites that use free web hosting services, which often come with long and unwieldy Web addresses. Anyone typing in your domain (your-domain.ph) will be brought to your "real" website, wherever it may be on the Web.

Waitlist
Is the domain you want already taken? When you waitlist a domain, you are first in line to get that domain in case it is not renewed by the current registrant. If the current registrant renews, or you simply get tired of waiting, you may apply the Waitlist fee to

  1. Register an available domain, or
  2. Transfer your waitlist reservation to another domain.
