Financial Services Specialist

We are looking for a detail oriented go-getter to join our dynamic support team!

Join DotPH as our Financial Services Specialist and you'll be in charge of payments and processing for daily operations. You'll be part of our front-line support staff and handle clients concerns regarding their account. You'll be able to learn about local and international banking, as well as pick up some skills in the IT fields such as domain management and web hosting. And this is not a dead-end job - we want you to learn so we can give you more responsibilities!

Requirements:

• Responsible for daily transactions and payment processing
• Track and receive payments, and ensure that everything adds up
• Coordinate with both the sales and tech support to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• A good head for numbers, with an eye for details
• A background in customer service or accounting a plus
• Great client management skills
• Can multitask without sacrificing the integrity of work.
• Tech savvy and internet capable
• Willing to learn new skills and flexible enough to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
