At DotPH, we don't just expect you to spout off lines to someone on the phone - you have access to chat and email to help clients with their concerns. We care about our clients and want you to politely guide them through a thorough resolution of their problem, not rush them through the call to improve your stats. And you get to work regular hours and take breaks when you need them, on top of enjoying the long weekends when the Philippines celebrates national holidays.

We encourage you to build a rapport with our clients, and we expect you to develop skills in domain management and web hosting. And we don't want you to be answering phone calls forever - we want you to evolve into a programmer, an IT specialist, a database manager, web designer and other related fields!

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you'll be handling concerns face-to-face, via phone, and by chat
• A background in IT or customer service a plus
• Results-oriented and capable of critical thinking - no robots allowed!
• Willing to learn new skills and flexible enough to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Graduate of IT related course is preferable but not required
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
