We are a fluid company, so you'll see everything that happens within the web industry: from product architecture and user interface design to coding, testing and documentation, and marketing, sales and customer support. You will receive mentoring from dotPh team leaders and learn about web development, technology operations and running an online business.

As a dotPh intern, you will be given a real project to work on that will ship as part of one of our products. dotPh internship requirements include:

Currently enrolled in an academic institution
College/University Transcript
College/University class schedule, current and upcoming semester/s

Internships are full-time in the summer and part-time during the University year. A fully evaluated OJT program typically lasts 10-24 weeks.

Responsibilities Under Supervision:

Online and offline research, data gathering and data presentation
Conduct market research and produce strategic reports on product positioning, customer behavior and forecasts
Conceptualize product features
Come up with cool and creative ways to reach our audience

Selection Criterias:

Internet power user
Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
Strong knowledge of statistics and comparative studies
Possess strong command of written and spoken English
Self-starters, dynamic, strategic, results driven and persistent
